Depending on the features you use, this may include:

Name, phone number, email address, dining preferences, dietary notes, favorite menu style, saved delivery addresses, delivery instructions, order notes, cart selections, favorite dishes, meal customizations, pickup or delivery preference, and locally generated order history.

The App is designed primarily as a local restaurant experience. Information entered into the local diner profile, cart, favorites, addresses, preferences, and locally managed orders may be stored on your device so the App can remember your choices.

2. Local Diner Profile

Deepwell Restaurant LLC does not require you to create a traditional online account with a username and password.

The optional diner profile is intended to personalize the experience on your device.

Profile information may include your name, phone number, email address, favorite menu style, dining notes, and preferred ordering options.

This information is used only to provide features such as faster checkout, saved preferences, personalized restaurant tools, and easier ordering.

3. Cart, Favorites and Order Information

The App may locally store information about:

Your cart contents, selected quantities, product customizations, add-ons, favorites, order totals, pickup or delivery mode, saved delivery addresses, locally generated order references, order history, and order status information.

This information is used to provide restaurant functionality and maintain your selections between screens and app sessions.

4. Delivery Information

If you select delivery, you may choose to manually provide a delivery address and delivery instructions.

Deepwell Restaurant LLC does not require precise device GPS location to provide its core ordering experience.

Saved addresses are intended to be stored locally on your device unless a future version of the App clearly informs you otherwise.

5. Payments and Financial Information

The App is not intended to collect or store sensitive financial credentials such as: Credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account credentials, online banking passwords, cryptocurrency wallet information, or payment authentication credentials.

Where the App offers cash payment, pay-at-delivery, or pay-at-venue functionality, the App may display an order total without processing a financial transaction through the application.

If online payment processing is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated before that functionality is released.

6. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

The current App is designed to minimize access to sensitive device information.

Deepwell Restaurant LLC does not intentionally require access to your contacts, SMS messages, call history, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, health information, biometric information, passwords, banking credentials, or unrelated files stored on your device for its normal restaurant functionality.

7. Internet and Remote Content

The App may use an internet connection to display restaurant-related content such as menu photographs, product imagery, or other remotely hosted content.

When a device connects to an external content server, that server may automatically receive standard technical information necessary to respond to the internet request, such as an IP address, request time, device or browser-related network information, and the requested resource.

Deepwell Restaurant LLC does not use remote menu-image requests for advertising profiling or to intentionally identify individual users.

If the App later introduces additional cloud services, analytics platforms, advertising services, or other third-party systems, this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated.

8. Contacting Support

The App may provide a Contact Us or Help feature that opens your device's email application.

If you choose to contact us, information you voluntarily include in your email may be received by us.

We do not use information entered into the App for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice.

10. Data Sharing

Deepwell Restaurant LLC does not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Locally stored profile, cart, favorite, address, and order information is not intentionally transmitted to third parties merely for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Information may leave your device only where necessary for functionality you actively use, such as loading remotely hosted content, sending an email through your selected email provider, complying with applicable law, protecting the security of the App, or using a clearly disclosed third-party service.

Any future third-party service that collects or processes user data will be reviewed and reflected in the App's privacy disclosures and Google Play Data Safety declaration as required.

11. Advertising and Tracking

The current version of Deepwell Restaurant LLC is not designed around behavioral advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

The App does not intentionally build advertising profiles based on your restaurant orders, favorites, saved addresses, or diner-profile information.

If advertising or analytics technology is introduced in a future release, the App's disclosures will be updated accordingly.

12. Data Storage and Retention

Local App information may remain on your device until you delete it, clear the App's local data, use an available reset or clear-data option, or uninstall the application.

Deleting the App or clearing its application storage through Android may permanently remove locally stored profile information, saved preferences, cart contents, favorites, addresses, and locally stored order history.

Information voluntarily sent through email is not part of the App's local storage and may remain with your email provider, our email provider, or support records according to their applicable retention practices.

We do not intentionally retain local device information longer than necessary for the functionality for which it is stored.

13. Data Deletion and User Control

Deepwell Restaurant LLC is designed to give users control over locally stored information.

Where available, you may use App settings to clear local information such as recent searches, saved preferences, profile information, addresses, favorites, carts, or other locally stored content.

You may also remove locally stored App information through Android's application settings or by uninstalling the App.

Because the current App does not provide a server-based authenticated user account, there is no separate online Deepwell account that must be deleted.

If account creation is added later, appropriate account and associated-data deletion controls will be implemented before that feature is released.

14. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to minimize unnecessary data collection and protect information handled by the App.

Local application data benefits from Android's application-level protections, and remote resources should be transmitted using secure network connections where supported.

However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect access to their devices using appropriate device security such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or other available device-level protection.

15. Permissions

Deepwell Restaurant LLC follows a data-minimization approach.

The App should request only permissions required for features that are actually provided.

Core restaurant functionality is designed not to depend on sensitive permissions such as contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, camera, or precise location.

If a future feature requires additional access, users will be informed about the purpose of that access and permissions will be requested only when necessary.

Google Play requires apps accessing unexpected personal or sensitive information to provide appropriate in-app disclosures and obtain consent before access where required.

16. Children's Privacy

Deepwell Restaurant LLC is a general restaurant and food-ordering application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly design the App to collect personal information from children for advertising or profiling purposes.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been provided to us inappropriately, users or guardians may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
